We use TPO or PVC membranes, selecting the appropriate type based on the order requirements. For TPO membranes, any manufacturer can be used, but the thickness must be 60 MIL.

Description of the repair process:

Preliminary Inspection

Before starting the work, inspect the roof for any damage. It is important to identify defects in advance that cannot be addressed at later stages. Detailed information on how to inspect the roof is provided.: RV Roof Inspection

If any unplanned repairs are identified, inform the company office so the PM can discuss them with the client. Additional work can only begin after it has been approved.

Dismantling the roof and communications

• Remove everything from the roof down to the membrane, including the termination bar at the edges. Be sure to secure the awnings to prevent them from flying off when removing the termination bar, as the termination bar is often attached to the awnings.

Removal/Installation of RV Roof Elements

• If the membrane is fiberglass, remove the membrane as well. Otherwise, do not remove the membrane immediately, as the surface will be sticky and this will interfere with the further work.

<aside> 💡 If there are solar panels, mark them with painter's tape and take photos of how they are installed before dismantling, to ensure nothing gets mixed up during reinstallation.
