Description of the Repair Process:
Preliminary Inspection
Before starting the work, inspect the roof for any damage. It is important to identify defects in advance that cannot be addressed at later stages. Detailed information on how to inspect the roof is provided.: RV Roof Inspection

If any unplanned repairs are identified, inform the company office so the PM can discuss them with the client. Additional work can only begin after it has been approved.

Cleaning the Work Surface
- Sweep the Roof: Remove dirt, dust, sand, and other debris from the roof.
- Additionally, during any repair (except for small repairs), we clean the gutters.
- Remove the Refrigerator Vent Before Washing.
- Before Washing, Remove the Cover That Seals the Vent.
- Wash the roof using one of the following methods:
- pressure washer
- a brush with a hose if the pressure washer is not working
- a bucket with a cloth if the pressure washer is not working
- a rough brush if there is no access to water at all
- Ensure the Roof is Completely Dry Before Applying the Coating. If Necessary, Use a Brush, Blower, or Wipe It with a Cloth to Remove Any Remaining Moisture.

Inspection of Problem Areas
- If there are minor issues on the roof (cuts, scratches), we mark them with masking tape. These tasks are considered maintenance and are not additional repairs.
Removal of Old Sealant
- Remove the old sealant from the front & back cap. Also at penetrations where it is damaged.
